Job Details:

•  Maintain cleanliness of all utensils and equipment in their assigned section.
•  Studies the menu content. Prepare mis en place. Cook, plate and serve food with speed and accuracy   according to established Company recipes and presentation.
•  Controlling food cost without compromising on quality.
•  To do smooth preparation and service.
•  Menu planning according to the market requirement and availability.
•  Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
•  Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Good communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
