Sous Chef Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Checks temperatures of prepared foods at various times during the day.
•  Demonstrates proficiency in the operation of all equipment used in the kitchen. 
•  Assures the timely delivery of food.
•  Checks patient trays-temperature and content.
•  Directs and coaches food services and production staff as assigned.
•  Assists with preparation for food for room serve or patient service line as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
•  Basic computer skills.
