Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Construct menus with unique culinary creations while ensuring variety and quality.
•  Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and clean-up.
•  Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
•  Oversees all aspects of the inventory, purchasing, cost analysis, cost controls, safety and sanitation.
•  Leads, directs and trains employees to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction;
•  Provides ongoing training and coaching to the dining team, including Employer required training.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Possess time management and organizational skills.
•  Culinary experience in senior living or skilled nursing a plus.
• Minimum One year experience.
