Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Technical Training Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Source, assess and manage external contractors/vendors to deliver specialized training.
•  Establishes processes to monitor results of training participants and collect feedback on training programs to determine effectiveness    and identify areas for improvement. 
•  Determines training objectives by performing individual and team internal training audits and conducting a skill gap analysis
•  Takes the lead on collaborating with HR, EHS and plant management on creating and communicating new hire orientation and    onboarding schedules, and revising as necessary.
•  Works with HR, EHS and support managers to ensure position specific training checklists are kept up to date and issued to new    hires.
• Collaborate with plant management and support departments to determine employee certification progression priorities based on     business need.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Five years experience in construction field.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
