We are looking for a Chef in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Schedules and coordinates the work of cooks and other back of house employees to assure that food   preparation is consistent and timely.
•  Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Serves as a role model and mentor to the   culinary team.
•  Safeguards all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety,   sanitation and accident prevention principles.
•  Personally holds himself/herself to high standards and instills this in subordinates. Conducts himself/herself in   a professional manner. Open and approachable to all employees.
•  Meets with purveyors to establish best practices for purchasing and cost control.
•  Creates a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Good communication and people skills.
•  fluent in English.
•  Superior time management and organizational skills.
