Job Description :

Hiring experienced Human Resource Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans. 
•  Coordinating and liaising with the business heads and understanding the needs of the business.
•  Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.  
•  Majorly Recruitment and fewer Operations.
•  Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions such as recruitment, hiring, termination, and   promotion. 
•  Heading and managing the end to end HR functions.

Job Requirements:

•  Masters degree holder.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excell.
• Must have previous experience.
• Good communication skills.
