Required Operations Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently required Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Compiles and compares daily manpower report to adjust daily staffing.
• Reviews floor roster periodically with Operations Supervisor to assure daily goal projections are being met.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor with any technical or logistical issues when needed.
• Resolve all performance, attendance or disciplinary issues.
• Report all necessary employment issues to the third party company and request a timely corrective action.
•  Responsible for routinely providing direct feedback and development of team including timely corrective action as necessary,   defining and establishing clear objectives and expectations, performance management and development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Must have previous experience.
•  Leadership and management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
