Job Description :

We are urgently hiring for a Arabic HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  End to end recruitment process from initial candidate touchpoint to final on-boarding.
  •  Monthly salaries and statutory filings.
  •  Manage employee database in a HRMS.
  •  Handling all candidate, employee queries related to salary, leaves, separation, etc.
  •  Assist managers in KRA evaluations and facilitation.
  •  Facilitate all channels of communication with the organization to promote a positive working environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skill in English & Arabic.
  • Proficient in Ms Office & Excel.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
