Required Finance Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Wanted an experienced Finance Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare financial presentations for the Board of Directors, analysts and the investment community in general. Manage relationships   with the Company’s external auditor, financial advisors, banking and credit partners.
•  Support Segment CFO in developing a financial business model for acquisition candidates.
• Develop and lead acquisition integration roadmap.
•  Manage quarterly reporting process.
•  Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, ROI analyses, profitability, cost reduction, and growth opportunities as needed.
•  Manage the Corporate SG&A expense and make recommendations to reduce cost as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Arabic speaking with good command in English.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
