Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen and the kitchen staff.
•  Serve as the point of contact and acting supervisor in the kitchen when the Executive Chef is not available.
•  Monitors quality, presentation, and accuracy of meals served using current technology.
•  Oversees sanitation and safe food handling practices of the area under his/her supervision. 
•  Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase.
•  Responsible for continued growth of overall catering: Cost, Quality, Presentation and Innovation.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Excellent communication skills (oral and written). 
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Demonstrates strong culinary skills.
