Required Operation Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently required Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provides written performance appraisals.
•  Responsible for staff shift management, daily work allocation, reporting of support staff & keeping a record of their daily   attendance.
•  Provide coaching, support, and feedback utilizing the OPR process to promote the development and effectiveness of direct reports.
•  Prepare and manages employee and sub-contractor work schedules.
•  Responsible for both service and installation operations activity occurring within the assigned branch.
•  Coordinating with outstation business partners/suppliers for service level management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Good communication skills.
