Looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Plan, direct, and supervise the food preparation and cooking activities of their kitchens.
•  Develop recipes, portion specifications, and establish standard preparation procedures for all dishes.
•  Determination of purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items. 
•  Organize daily operations of the kitchen with a focus on guest satisfaction
•  Hands-on daily production in restaurant and/or banquet outlets.
•  Daily routine check of mise en place and quality of food product.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
•  Expert knowledge of all required culinary skills.
