Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Network Technician in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Interface with users and technical teams in support of both routine and reactionary monitoring situations.
•  Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate incidents and events.
•  Applies technical skills to resolve incidents of well-defined scope as specified by procedural guidelines or under direction of     leadership.
•  Use run-book steps for first level break/fix restoration needs.
•  Interact with users, IT professionals and team members typically reporting and discussing progress of projects/incidents.
•  Support team members in dealing with large scale network events.

Job Requirements:

• ITI holder.
•  Knowledge of wireless networking.
• Minimumm two years experience in the same field.
