Urgently required Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
•  Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
•  Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/supervisors.
•  Receive inbound calls and ensure that cases and interactions are logged correctly in CRM.
•  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• High school diploma holder.
•  Experience working with customer support.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
