Job Description :

Wanted experienced Facility Management in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Oversee work being performed related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, etc. for all maintenance department employees
•  Manage employee scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
• Receives and tracks all work orders pertaining to vehicle and equipment maintenance, including backlog, and coordinate with operations supervisors to ensure service needs are met in a timely mannner
• Work with management to continue ongoing education and development of maintenance staff to stay up to date on new processes and techniques.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience minimum 3 years in the same role.
•  Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. 
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook]
