Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Trains new and existing associates, under the direction of management.
•  Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
•  Assists associates with service and/or billing issues.
•  Responsible for attending customer complaints and resolve in best possible way.
•  Responsbile to ensure the facility is working in compliance with all food safety regulation and codes.
•  Visits with guests to ensure satisfaction; promptly communicates any opportunities to management.
•  Completes daily point-of-sale reports as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent Supervision skills
