Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  •  Inform candidates with full scope of job account-abilities and responsibilities along with general agency information.
  •  Manage offers including negotiation and coordination with HR Administration for on-boarding.
  •  Tracking and reporting recruiting metrics such as Vacancy Report, Turnover Report, and other reports as directed.
  •  Ensure recruitment is compliant with federal and state legislation and Agency policies and procedures.
  •  Work closely with schools and departments to ensure accurate information and paperwork is received, processed and distributed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Two years experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  •  Advance MS Office skills.
  • Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
