Senior Quantity Surveyor In Bahrain

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Provide contract support, guidance and advice to the project delivery teams to insure compliance and contractor costs are robustly managed across   the portfolio of projects.
•  Support Project Manager to verify forecast accuracy based on crew efficiency, change impacts, etc.
•  Review, validate and reconcile/negotiate change orders associated with complex gas and electric construction projects to ensure client achieves   value for money spent.
•  Ensure contract compliance through effective contract management activities.
•  Identify early warnings, and assist with and monitor appropriate risk mitigation.
•  Monitor contractor performance and review with contractors on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree required. 
• Good communication skills.
• Strong Problem Solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
