Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased   products.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of products, pricing structure and gross profit objectives.
• Develop interpersonal relationships with customers and vendors alike to promote sales growth for the company.
• Emphasize product features based on analysis of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and   limitations.
• Quote prices, credit terms, or bid specifications (obtain credit information about prospective customers).
• Take orders and information from customers and vendors via phone, fax, or face to face.

Job Requirements:

• B-Tech Holder.
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
•  Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Only Female can apply.
