Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Executive in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  •  Provide general administrative and clerical support to senior management.
  •  Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  •  Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  •  Plan and organize various company, holiday and employee meetings and events.
  •  Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Job Requirements:

  • Only female can apply.
  • MBA Holder.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
