Senior Accountant In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Accountant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and maintain monthly workpapers as described in the standardized workpaper model.
•  Review income, expense, deferred leasing and capital purchases for accurate coding and payment.
•  Analyze and prepare tenant operating and real estate tax escalations for assigned properties' monthly payment and annual true-up.
•  Transactional accounting responsibilities for multiple outsourced accounting client engagements.
•  Conducts monthly and quarterly account balance reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
•  Participates in budgeting processes and prepares budget variance reports and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• MCom holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.

• Proficient in Accounting Software.
