Job Details:

• Help to onboard, develop, mentor and foster the best in each team member in a way that supports business   objectives, shaping an environment supporting open communication and teamwork.
•  Lead, develop and coach the local team for creative, productive and effective results.
• Ensure marketing efforts are coordinated, support marketing/sales plan objectives, align with the company   brand, and are an effective expenditure of resources.
• Drive better communication and support with Business Development, Operations and Core Market Leaders.
•  Demonstrate by example company's cultural point of view, mission, purpose, core values, and code of ethics.
• Research, locate and procure subcontractors and material.
