Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Lead a salaried-exempt mechanical equipment planners and a unionized tradesman population that perform planned preventative maintenance,   repairs and predictive maintenance.
•  Assign work, allocate overtime hours, maintain accurate records, address labor relations concerns with the local IAM union and handle the   department's budget and personnel requirements.
•  Establish work schedules taking into account customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
•  Delegate effectively to develop personnel and balance workload.
•  Assist in preparation of field installation subcontract packages.
•  Review contractor progress and critical path activities through regularly scheduled meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Degree/Diploma holder need to apply.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
