Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced lawyer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Drafting, reviewing and finalizing financial transaction documents.
  • Advising corporate clients viz. Corporates, Banks, NBFCs, FIs.
  • Due Diligence.
  • Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  • Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others and argue on their behalf.

Job Requirements:

  • Management Skills.
  • LLB Qualified.
  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  • Good communication Skills.
