Quantity Surveyor Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Quantity Surveying, Cost control & Estimation for project.
•  Keeping track of Independent Contractor bills against work value.
•  Assisting and coordinating all Costing & Contracting functions with internal BOQ Team, Design team and on-site team.
•  Preparing Billing, Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Tender documents Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial    documentation for tender processes and evaluations.
•  Analyzation of Procured material with utilized quantities and finding out wastage.
•  Visiting Site & Monitoring the site work.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Age below 40 years old.
• Computer Literate.
• Eight years experience in the same field.
