Job Details:

•  Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures.
•  Maintains cleanliness throughout kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Responsible for quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation.
•  Ensure quality food presentation, portioning and proper garnishes / substitution procedures are followed.
• Follow recipes, times and temperatures in order to produce quality, consistent products.

Job Requirements:

• Kitchen experience is Must.
• Good communication skills.
• Time management skill.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.
