A leading company looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Procurement Planning and Implementation.
•  Evaluate current procurement approach and propose improvements to procurement and inventory systems.
•  Review and plan for purchases proactively, matching supply to anticipated needs from departments.
•  Develop relationships and manage the supply base through vendor performance reviews to ensure optimal price and service levels.
• Prepare drafts of bid invitations; solicit bid proposals; analyze bids; confer with Supervisor on all awards{{STRONG}} Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
