Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Support the Project Manager with site progress and work completion status enabling accurate and timely cost and schedule update.
• Identify early warnings, and assist with and monitor appropriate risk mitigation.
• Review, validate and reconcile/negotiate change orders associated with complex gas and electric construction projects to ensure client achieves value for money spent.
• Provide contract support, guidance and advice to the project delivery teams to insure compliance and contractor costs are robustly managed across the portfolio of projects.​​​​​​{{STRONG}}Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
• Minimum 5-10 years GCC experience preferred.
• Good Communication skills.
• Experience in tendering and preparation of BOQ
• Valid Qatar Driving license is a must.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
