F&b Cost Controller In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced F&B Cost Controller in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability.
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
• Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price.
• Report all mistakes and/or failures to follow procedures immediately to the General Manager. 
• Calculate and submit adjusted monthly food and beverage costs for the Company. 
• Calculate and up-date food and beverage recipes, in co-operation with Chef and Purchasing department. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
