Looking for Training Manager  in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.\Program Designer. Preparing objectives,   defining content, and selecting and sequencing activities for a specific safety training.
• Theoretician. Developing and testing theories of learning, training, and development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Good communication skill.
• Well knowledge in computer.
• Analytical skill.
• Ability to teaching.
