Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assists in the facilitation of annual merit and performance review process for the assigned business segment
•  Interfaces with Payroll to troubleshoot and resolve employee payroll issues and ensures proper employee data is entered in HRIS records
•  Assists managers with performance management, including preparation of employee reprimands and performance improvement plans.
•  Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
•  Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
•  Manages recruitment efforts and diversity initiatives, including AAP preparation and outreach.

Job Reqirements: 

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Three years experience in th e field.
• Good Computer Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
