Looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
•  To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel.
•  To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
•  To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies.
•  To ensure highest level of food quality, taste and presentation. 
•  To follow kitchen policies, procedures.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary Degree Holder.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Ability to work on own or in teams.
• Excellent skills in the same field.
