Job Description :

We are urgently looking for a HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assists in the facilitation of annual merit and performance review process for the assigned business segment.
• Assists managers with performance management, including preparation of employee reprimands and   performance improvement plans.
• Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
• Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manages recruitment efforts and diversity initiatives, including AAP preparation and outreach.
• Acts as a liaison between employees and division level HR staff.

Job Requirements:

• Should have more than 7 years of experience in same field.
• Must have a good experience with QATAR labour Law.
• Good communication skill in English & Arabic.
• Bachelor's Degree holder.
