We are loking for an experienced Home Care Nurse in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart your observations.
•  Initiate the plan of care and revise as necessary in coordination with the physician and the patient.
•  Counsel and educate the patient and family on disease process, self care techniques.
•  Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing.
•  Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
•  Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life.

Job Requirements:

•  Degree Qualified.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication and time-management skills.
•  Caring and compassionate nature.
