Job Details:

•  Being knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to hotel policies and procedures and   enforces those procedures.
•  Handling all guest requests in a timely manner that exceeds expectations..
•  Demonstrate adherence to company policies through example and coaching.
•  Possess a valid, USA state issued driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and comply with YMCA   driving rules to be approved to operate YMCA vehicles.
•   Learn the safe use of cleaning chemicals, and be able to use chemicals throughout the workday.
•   Remove used linens from beds and gather used towels for transport to the Laundry.

Job Requirements:

•  High school diploma.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Miimum One year experience.
•  Solid analytical ability.
• Excellent leadership skills.
