Job Description :

Wanted Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and cultivate relationships with key suppliers (internal and external) to ensure high quality relationships and   products.
•  Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to   ensure effective return on assets.
•  Demonstrate Eaton’s Leadership Attributes and serve as a role model for facility, including upholding Eaton Code of   Ethics.
•  Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
•  Coordinate repairs for equipment. Perform month end inventory and cycle counts to ensure physical inventories reconcile.
•  Managing operational and maintenance activities of plant.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Strong financial and business knowledge.
• Excellent communication skill.
