Required Production Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work in conjunction with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop work instructions for all jobs
• Evaluate all personnel within work centers and support training objectives.
• Manage and develop risk analysis of plant and production equipment's to keep up departmental cost and meet operational   requirements and maximize asset lifespan.
• Managing day to day activities of the department and actively involved.
• Identifies area-specific process improvement activities including identification of opportunities, project planning and execution.
• Conducts performance management and individual skill development of the Superintendents and other employees as determined.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder need to apply.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
