Job Details:

•  Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•  Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
•  Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
•  Management and ongoing development of the sales team.
•  Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the organization’s goals.  
•  Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum One year experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Computer Skills.
•  Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
