Logistics Coordinator Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Speak directly to customers by phone concerning orders, shipments and products.
•  Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
•  Call customers and maintain open lines of communication necessary to process and prioritize orders successfully through    warehousing systems.
•  Generate correspondence via email to secure additional customer information to resolve customer complaints.
•  Responsible to follow good housekeeping rules to maintain safe and clean working environment.
•  Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

Job Requirements:

• Five years experience in the same field.
• Graduate holder.
• Good communication skills in English.
•  Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination skills.
