Job Description :

Waned F&B Cost Controller in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare Food and Beverage Report on daily basis and advise chef.
•  Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
•  Check the Manual KOTs with Restaurant bills and ensure all are charged.
•  Monitor the staff cost on daily and ensure monthly costs are within the budget.
•  Surprise checks in Restaurant and Bar.
•  Prepare Duty Drinks and management report and confirm that this is as per entitlement.

Job Requriements:

• Degree holder.
• Knowledge of inventory management system.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Computer.
• Communication skills.
