•  Assists in disseminating information to staff as needed.
•  Member Services hiring, training and development.
•  Monitors call traffic and makes adjustments based on call center traffic patterns.
•  Assignment of Member Services tasks.
•  Delegates work to Member Service staff as needed.
•  Success Factors: Employee goal-setting, routine rating.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8 years experience is required.
•  knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.
•  Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
