Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Plan, direct, and supervise the food preparation and cooking activities of their kitchens.
•  Determination of purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items.
•  Assist in preparation of operational reports and analyses setting forth progress. 
•  Monitors guest satisfaction, ensuring a world class experience; Assists guests with special requests as needed.
•  Responsible for implementing and following up on assigned weekly goals from your GM.
•  Work with your team to ensure the success of in-house banquets and sales goals are met.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Expert knowledge of all required culinary skills.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Candidates should have strong communication skills.
