Networking Technician In Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Networking Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Ensure that all devices are properly installed and deployed.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Work hand in hand with our clients networking team and vendors to ensure equipment installation.
• Interface with users and technical teams in support of both routine and reactionary monitoring situations.
• Maintain tickets, logs, and records in accordance with ITIL best practices via client SOPs.
• Develop and distribute ongoing notifications for outages in progress as directed by Shift lead or Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Technical Skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• High School Diploma.
• Highly motivated and passionate.
