Job Description :
We are looking for an Administrative Receptionist in Kuwait.
Job Details:
- Update Team Calendar with Department meetings and bid due dates.
- Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages.
- Handle incoming tax exempt certificates from vendors.
- Maintain Work Authorization ticket log as well as requests from Supers, Foremen and Project Managers.
- Update and maintaining Job Log book and file folders.
- Handle and distribute all office mail in and out, interoffice mail, and UPS shipments.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma of professional studies in secretarial required.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- 2 years administrative experience desired.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
