Job Description :

Looking for an experienced IT Technician in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Logging all support calls in their ticketing system and follow up with solutions and document outcomes on issues and technical sheets
• Assist customers, resolve problems with computer hardware and software. 
• Coordinate and schedule work with other technicians, local airlines and local IT staff as the support operation requires it
• Monitors all systems daily to ensure continued 24/7 operation

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Bachelor degree in any discipline
•  High knowledge about the technical aspects of the job is required.
•  Minimum 2 years experience in monitoring CCTV and Security Systems.
•  Excellent knowledge in Network infrastructure system, CCTV and Security system field devices.
