Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Monitor and improve consistency of food quality to enhance overall customer experience.
•  Oversees menu development and food quality through purchasing and a focus on multi-cultural Asian cuisine.
•  Identify best practices and determine quality and efficiency measures as benchmarks for own performance.
•  Provides orientation to all new employees on policies and procedures and oversees training.
•  Sustaining profitable operations through focus on budgeting, cost analysis & cost optimization.
•  Analyse and manage effectively all in unit budget & costs.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Possess basic math skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Fluency in both written and spoken English. 
•  Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
