Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Execute menu vision ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
• Assist in planning menus, maintaining financial responsibility for the menu mix.
• Oversees inventory of food product and coordinates product ordering and receiving within corporate specifications.
• Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
• Works with head chef to maintain kitchen organisation, staff ability, and training opportunities.
• Verifies that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication Skills.
