Homecare Nurse (male)

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Homecare Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

• • Coordinating the start of care activities with the Home Health Intake nurse or other agency designees.
• Provides a resource to interpret Medicare home health eligibility and guidelines.
• Communicate pertinent information and instructions for specific physicians order to health team members, including completion of the interdisciplinary referral.
• Facilitate the recording of the face to face encounter.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years’ nursing experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and midwifery required 
• Valid Nursing License
•  Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
•  Certified Dataflow and Prometric certificate
