Required Human Resource Officer

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
• Initiates recruitment process and assists in interviewing and selection.Providing an exceptional on-boarding experience.
• Support the bi-weekly payroll process to include data input of new hires, terminations, compensation changes,hours worked, etc.
• Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all team members.
• Annually review the compensation program & employee handbooks recommending updates and changes.
• Assist in the performance management process throughout the year. This includes annual performance reviews and quarterly   reviews or performance plans.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• MBA Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
