Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Documents customer calls in the database system.
• Assists customers with functionality and basic troubleshooting of product or account issues.
• Assists in resolving serious complaints and escalated calls.
•  Ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer orders/queries/schedules based on the contract entered in the system.
• Follow-up with various agencies such as finished product stores, transport department transporters, etc for on time deliveries.
• Monitor the progress and complete execution of an order.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Graduate Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
